We've been taught to live a fast-paced life. We live in constant reactivity and procrastination, and it drains our energy. 

 

This is something that society has normalized and honestly, we shouldn't!

 

So during these 12 days, I will be hosting free 15-minute calls of guided breathwork to help you create a routine for proactivity that will rejuvenate your nervous system.

This is for beginners and experienced breathers alike.

We are here as a community to show up for our bodies and mental health.

 

All 12 calls will be 15 minutes long and at 7pm EST / 4pm PST.
