Slow The F*ck Down (STFD) is a membership community providing activities done for the purpose of bringing oneself into stronger alignment with one's desired way of living.

Monthly: One Full Moon Gathering (2.5 hours, on a weekend evening)

Bi-Weekly: One Group Resource Share Gathering (45 minutes, on Wednesdays)

Weekly: One Breathwork Circle (60 minutes, on Thursdays)

Our activities are best experienced live, although they are always recorded and shared with highlights for members the day after each event.

There is only one membership tier. You're either a turtle or you're not (yet)!

There are two pricing options for membership: Seasonal and Full Year.

Seasonal Membership comes with all membership benefits for 3 months.

Full Year Membership comes with all membership benefits for 12 months, at a discounted price.
